— Ensure the reproducibility and traceability of our results, following national and international norms and regulations
— Keep our Quality System and all documents related to it up to date, and ensure that all staff is familiarized with them, enforcing the established policies and procedures.
— Preserve the impartiality and confidentiality of all tests and results
